Abstrak

Community economic empowerment through simple financial management training can be an effective solution to improve community welfare. Many communities, especially in areas with less access to financial education, face challenges in optimally managing their resources. This study aims to explore how simple financial management training can empower communities in improving their economic stability. This study focuses on the importance of basic financial skills in managing personal and household finances to reduce poverty and promote economic welfare. The objects of this study were community members who participated in simple financial training in several areas in need. Using a qualitative and observational method approach, this study observed changes in participant behavior before and after participating in the training. The results showed that participants experienced significant improvements in their ability to plan budgets, save, and use financial resources wisely. In addition, this training succeeded in encouraging the formation of a healthier financial mindset among participants. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that simple financial management training can be an effective tool to empower communities, create economic stability, and improve long-term welfare. Therefore, this training program needs to be expanded and adapted to local characteristics to achieve a wider impact.
