Abstrak

Dalam era transformasi digital, inovasi bisnis berbasis teknologi telah menjadi elemen kunci untuk mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM. Paper ini mengeksplorasi peran teknologi seperti e-commerce, big data, dan IoT dalam mengatasi tantangan utama UMKM, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan infrastruktur. Dengan mengintegrasikan strategi adaptasi digital, seperti pelatihan literasi digital dan kolaborasi dengan platform teknologi, UMKM dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas pasar, dan memperkuat daya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak spesifik dari teknologi digital terhadap efisiensi operasional (penurunan biaya sebesar 20%), peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata sebesar 35%, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar UMKM hingga tingkat internasional. Temuan ini memberikan panduan strategis yang dapat diukur bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan. Artikel ini juga menyajikan studi kasus untuk mengilustrasikan implementasi nyata dan hasil dari inovasi digital dalam sektor UMKM.
