Abstrak

The development of the creative industry, which is increasingly influenced by digitalization, has encouraged micro-enterprises to utilize technology as a means to enhance creativity, broaden market reach, and build stronger social value. However, limitations in digital literacy, access to technology, and ecosystem support remain significant obstacles for micro-enterprises in achieving optimal social impact. orange technology, as a technological approach that integrates creativity, humanity, and digital innovation, offers opportunities to strengthen social contributions through inclusive and sustainable creative practices. This study aims to examine in depth how the adoption of orange technology can enhance social value in micro-scale creative industries and to identify the mechanisms that contribute to strengthening creativity, community empowerment, and digital inclusivity. The research method employed is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with micro-enterprise actors to understand their experiences in adopting technology, the benefits perceived, and the social changes emerging from its implementation. The analysis is conducted by exploring patterns of technology utilization, changes in creative practices, community participation dynamics, and the transformation of social values produced. The findings indicate that the adoption of orange technology can expand the visibility of local culture, increase inclusive community participation, and strengthen the creative capacity of micro-enterprise actors through the use of digital platforms that highlight creativity and humanistic values. In addition, this technology contributes to enhancing community trust and the economic resilience of micro-enterprises. This study concludes that orange technology is an important foundation for reinforcing social value in the micro-scale creative industry sector. Its implementation requires support from an inclusive innovation ecosystem, enabling digital policies, and improved technological literacy in order to generate sustainable social impact for communities and micro-enterprise actors.
