The rapid development of digital technologies requires organizations to strengthen their ability to analyze data and adapt business models to increasingly dynamic market and technological conditions. This study examines the relationship between digital analytics capability, business model transformation, and organizational agility in responding to environmental changes. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of organizations that utilize digital technologies in their business activities. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling to examine the effect of digital analytics capability on business model transformation and its contribution to organizational agility. The findings indicate that digital analytics capability strengthens organizations’ ability to identify environmental changes, interpret business information, and support data-driven decision-making. Business model transformation also serves as a strategic mechanism linking analytics capability with organizational agility through adjustments in business processes, value propositions, and resource configurations. The study demonstrates that digital analytics capability functions not merely as a decision-support resource but also as a strategic foundation for transforming business models and enhancing organizational agility. The findings provide practical implications for organizations seeking to integrate digital analytics with business model innovation to respond to market changes more rapidly, flexibly, and sustainably. This study also contributes to the digital business literature by positioning analytics capability and business model transformation as interconnected organizational mechanisms for strengthening agility in digitally driven business environments.
