Abstract

Every company must be competitive in order to survive and remain standing in the midst of the many companies that exist today. every aspect must be carried out by the company so that the company continues to run from production activities until the product is received to consumers or customers. This study aims to determine the results of the influence of Indomie's supply chain management on consumer loyalty. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this qualitative research is to conduct interviews. Interviews were conducted to find out and complete the data and efforts to obtain accurate data and appropriate data sources.
