Information System for Complaints at the Indonesian National Sports Committee for the Province of Bali Web-Based

Abstract

With current technological advances, the Bali Province Indonesian National Sports Committee is expected to continue to develop in its services. The Bali Province Indonesian National Sports Committee does not provide complaints, so that if there are problems with facilities or services experienced by the community during their visit, they are not immediately handled. This research was conducted to build a system that aims to manage complaints at the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Bali Province, this system provides a medium of communication between the community, athletes and committee office staff in informing complaints about facilities or service constraints experienced so that handling can be done faster. . waterfall is the method used in this research for website development. There are five stages that must be carried out in the implementation process, namely, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and testing. The way to get optimal results is to do a thorough test of the website system interface using black box testing with the aim of knowing whether the functions on the website have been running according to their functions. The national sports committee complaint website is expected to be used by the public as a place for complaints regarding facilities and services at the Bali Province KONI.
