This study aims to analyze how much influence transformational leadership has on work performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with a sample of 150 respondents. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria that employees of PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia who have worked for >2 years. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on work performance and OCB. In particular CSR can mediate the transformational process of OCB and CSR can mediate the transformational process of work performance. The results of the study also found findings which stated that the safety and comfort of the company environment was the output desired by employees in carrying out work.
