Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruhnya kepemimpinan yang autentik dan kepercayaan pada pemimpin mampu mempengaruhi organizational citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan melihat melalui salah satu faktor perilaku kewarganegaraan berorganisasi. Hal ini merupakan pengembangan yang dilakukan dari penelitian sebelumnya pada karyawan hotel. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online, responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling pada pelanggan transportasi online. Untuk analisa menggunakan analisis faktor serta pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) Lisrel. Temuan dari studi ini adalah kepemimpinan autentik merupakan pendorong untuk kepercayaan kepemimpinan dan perilaku berkewarganegaraan yang dapat menghasilkan kinerja karyawan. Dimana kepercayaan kepemimpinan memediasi antara hubungan kepemimpinan autentik dan perilaku berkewarganegaraan berorganisasi (OCB) yang mana akan mempengaruhi perilaku kewarganegaraan berorganisasi, dimana perilaku OCB memediasi antara kepemimpinan autentik dan semakin tinggi OCB karyawan maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan tersebut. Sehingga kepemimpinan autentik merupakan hal yang penting untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan kepada pemimpin dan perilaku kewarganegaraan.
