Abstract

The rapid development of digital technologies has increased the need for innovative solutions that improve business efficiency, security, transparency, and decision making. Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offer complementary capabilities that can address these needs, yet their integration in business operations remains insufficiently explored. This study aims to examine how blockchain and AI synergy contributes to digital business innovation and operational intelligence. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted by analyzing relevant studies on blockchain, AI, digital business innovation, and operational intelligence. The findings indicate that their integration can enable trusted data sharing, intelligent decision making, predictive analytics, process automation, and enhanced operational transparency. Blockchain strengthens data integrity, security, and trust, while AI processes reliable data to generate actionable insights and support more accurate business decisions. The integration also provides opportunities to improve operational responsiveness, reduce inefficiencies, and develop data driven business processes. The study concludes that blockchain and AI synergy represents an innovative approach to developing secure, intelligent, transparent, and adaptive business operations. This technological integration can strengthen organizational capabilities and support effective digital transformation in an increasingly competitive and data driven business environment.
