Author Fee

Article Processing Charge (APC)

1. Publication Fee Policy

ADI Journal on Recent Innovation (AJRI) is an open-access scholarly journal committed to maintaining transparent publication practices. To support its editorial and publishing activities, AJRI applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 1,500,000 per accepted article.

The APC is an all-inclusive publication fee that supports the journal's standard editorial administration, article production, online publication, and maintenance of its open-access publishing platform.

The total publication fee is IDR 1,500,000 per accepted article. No additional mandatory publication charges apply.

2. Submission and Payment Policy

AJRI does not charge a submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system without making any payment at the initial submission stage.

The APC is payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication following the journal's editorial assessment and peer-review process.

Payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author after the official acceptance notification. Authors are expected to follow the payment instructions and deadline communicated by the editorial office.

3. What the APC Covers

The APC supports the journal's standard publication process, including editorial administration, preparation of accepted manuscripts for publication, online dissemination, and maintenance of the journal's publishing infrastructure.

The APC is an all-inclusive fee for the journal's standard publication process. No additional mandatory charges apply for page length, colour, or payment processing.

Any future changes to the publication fee or its coverage will be announced transparently on the journal's official website before the revised policy takes effect.

4. Open Access and Accessibility

AJRI follows an open-access publishing model in which readers can access published articles online without subscription fees or payment for individual articles.

The APC supports the publication process and the continued availability of scholarly content. Payment of the APC does not impose subscription requirements on readers or restrict access to the full text of published articles.

Copyright ownership, licensing terms, and permitted reuse of published articles are governed by the journal's separately published Copyright and Licensing Policy.

5. Editorial Independence and Peer Review

AJRI is committed to maintaining editorial independence and the integrity of its peer-review process. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal's aims and scope, scholarly quality, originality, research integrity, and applicable editorial policies.

Payment of the APC does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or influence editorial decisions. All editorial decisions are made independently of an author's ability to pay the publication fee.

The APC is charged only after formal acceptance. Every manuscript must satisfy the journal's editorial and scholarly requirements before it can be accepted for publication.

6. Transparency and Policy Updates

AJRI is committed to communicating its publication fee policy clearly to authors before manuscript submission. The APC amount, payment requirements, and applicable conditions are published on the journal's official website to help authors make informed decisions before submitting their work.

The journal periodically reviews this policy to ensure that the information remains accurate and consistent with its actual publishing practices.

Any changes to the APC amount, payment procedure, or applicable publication charges will be announced on the journal's official website. AJRI aims to maintain consistency between its publication fee policy, author guidelines, online submission system, and communications with authors.
