Copyright Agreement and License
Authors who publish in ADI Journal of Community Service (ADIMAS Journal) agree to the following terms:

• Authors retain the copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the initial publication in this journal is acknowledged.
• Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online, such as in institutional repositories or on their websites, before and during the submission process, as this can lead to productive scholarly exchange and earlier and greater citation of the published work.
• Authors may enter into additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work, such as posting it to institutional repositories or publishing it in a book, provided that its initial publication in this journal is acknowledged.

License for Publication
ADI Journal of Community Service (ADIMAS Journal) provides open access to its content with the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange.

Miscellaneous
ADI Journal of Community Service (ADIMAS Journal) will publish the article if the editorial process is successfully completed and the article is accepted for publication. The journal may adjust the article to conform to punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage conventions deemed appropriate, provided that such adjustments do not alter the scientific meaning of the work.

The author acknowledges that the article may be published and made available to the public through open access, allowing readers to access the published work free of charge. The journal may exercise the publication rights granted under this agreement in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
