Meningkatnya tuntutan globalisasi dalam pendidikan tinggi mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk mengadopsi kerangka penjaminan mutu seperti Outcome-Based Education (OBE) dan benchmarking internasional guna meningkatkan akreditasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penerapan OBE dan benchmarking internasional dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan akreditasi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengabdian mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan stok opname di RIC. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei kepada pimpinan akademik dan unit penjaminan mutu dari berbagai universitas, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh implementasi OBE dan benchmarking terhadap hasil akreditasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan OBE dan benchmarking internasional berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan akreditasi, dengan OBE memberikan dampak lebih besar karena penekanannya pada capaian pembelajaran dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, benchmarking dengan standar internasional mendorong keselarasan dengan praktik terbaik global yang memperkuat proses akreditasi. Kesimpulannya, penerapan OBE dan benchmarking internasional secara sinergis terbukti menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja akreditasi perguruan tinggi, serta mendorong pengakuan dan keunggulan pendidikan tinggi di tingkat global.
